Cerebot MX7cK with PmodWiFi - 802.11b WiFi Interface

I have recently got the Cerebot MX7cK with PmodWiFi - 802.11b WiFi Interface working together, where by i can telnet to the boards Wifi-Pmod. What i am interested in doing is now sending commands to the board via this link. Does any one have any expirience or code examples of doing this. To begin with i simply want to send some PWM Motor Commands to pins to control motors.

Or any other expiriences you may have had with talking to these boards via wifi may be via a different method as i know this PMOD is quite new.
