I'm just checking on a time line for developing libraries for MPIDE for the ST Micro line of products. If there is something in the works I would be interested in any information.

At this point, I don't know of anybody who's embarked upon this project of getting ST parts to run under MPIDE. The sweet thing, though, is that all of the infrastructure is there in MPIDE - the "MP" stands for "Multi Processor" after all. You can add your own compiler and generate your own board definition files for any new architectures.
