MAX32 footprint for Eagle

I am sure someone somewhere has asked this question before but I need the MAX32 as a library part for Eagle 6.

I am capable of creating the part myself but I have no dimensions of exactly where the plugs/sockets are placed on the PCB.

I have tried taking the BRD file and creating a footprint but if you copy and paste it drops the vias, and leaves just the dimensional outline.

This topic has come up before, I'm sure you can search the forms. I think there was one created (or maybe it was for the Uno32).
