verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0180

Hi, i am using UNO32 board, and when i am uploading some sketch it gets this error avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0180 0x01 != 0xff avrdude: verification error; content mismatch after that always i need to disconect it and reconnect it again and then uploading again sketch

i saw somewhere that i need to update firmware, i have PICKIT3 i tried to program the new firmware that i downloaded from the official site but i am not sure if i succed to program it. when i am importing the file arduino-bootloader.X.Uno32_8-19-11.hex in checkum toolbar i see 0xfdeb2fa0. the i am program it, when i press "read" it gives me 0xfdeb2fa2.

is this correct?
i stiil have the same problem in MPIDE

please help me
