I'm taking the existing code base and wrapping it into a new build. I'll release it as a test.

This won't have the complete plib.h replacement, but we're on our way with a lot work being done be Gene. Also, After this build I'll start working on one that uses Jason's update compiler using NEWLIB. So we're on our way to have a completely open source configuration.
