When trying to compile CanDemo.pde from "chipKIT Network and USB Libs-20150115" I get the following error: C:\Users\Brennan\Downloads\mpide-0023-windows-20140821\mpide-0023-windows-20140821\hardware\pic32\compiler\pic32-tools\bin\pic32-ar: cpp-startup.S.o: No such file or directory

I'm using mpide-0023-windows-20140821. Anyone ever see this before or have an idea what I should do? Thanks!

P.S. - This is using the Chipkit Network Shield

Brennan,

I sometimes get errors almost exactly like this. When I try to compile again, it works fine. Give it a couple tries - for me any way, my guess is that my anti-virus software (Kaspersky) is in the process of scanning a file when MPIDE tries to use it and they get confused or something.

Computers. What a load of junk. :-)
