delowar,
Have you installed the FTDI drivers? The MX7 Pro board (I believe) needs FTDI drivers to show up a an available COM port. http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM%20v2.12.06%20WHQL%20Certified.zip

The first Arduino UNOs uses the FTDI chip, which yes would use the same driver as the chipKIT boards.
However the newer UNOs have their own Atmel microcontroller acting as a USB -> UART bridge which means they now require their own special CDC/ACM drivers instead which are very different from the FTDI drivers the chipKIT boards need.

Thank you so much Brian. It is working now. I appreciate that. I wonder how ChipKit did not provide this driver! Please see attached image of the drivers they provided and I tried FTDI folder, but no use. Thanks again. Regards Delowar, NY, USA

Delowar,
The FTDI drivers are included with MPIDE - inside that FTDI folder that you screenshot.
You can either wait until Windows says "hey, I don't recognize this device, help me find some drivers" and then point it to that directory, or you can install them yourself beforehand by right-clicking on the FTDIBUS.INF file and click "Install", and do the same on the "FTDIPORT.INF" file.
Of course, downloading and installing the FTDI drivers right from FTDI's site is also a good option. :-)
