Has anyone done anything with the PIC32MX120F032 or know of a dev board for these parts?

Never heard of it. I think you must mean the PIC32MX120F032B which is the 32kb flash equivalent to the PIC32MX150F128B. Using it is just the same as the 150 and is completely interchangeable.

You could put one in the DP32, or the chipKIT Pi. Also the MAKEmicro32 would be usable with it.

Of course, being an MX1xx it has no USB, so you'd need to use the UART bootloader and a suitable bridge...
