cannon run my program in my board

Hello, I have my chipkit mx4. I use mplab to run my program on it. I have an issue running my program into the chipkit. the thing is I don't see m board listed in licensed debugger when I try to run it.

it works with other laptops but not mine. so I guess the problem in mplab not with the chip itself.

any suggestion? how it can be fixed?

Can you please provide some more info? There are several things to consider, such as:

What version of MPLAB X are you using? What operating system is running on your computer? Is the chipKIT MX4 board powered? Are any of the LEDs on the board active? Do you have other things plugged into the USB bus?

The fact that you can see the board running on another laptop is a good thing...
