Hello all - I hope someone can help.

I have had 50 custom boards made based on the Max32 with wifi shield only to find that my manufacturer has populated the boards with the incorrect wifi modules.

I need the MRF24WG0MA chips (802.11 g) and they havd supplied me with MRF24WB0MA chips (802.11 b) which will not work in my application.

Edited - Found them at MicrochipDirect - thanks Brian.

Hi Ian,

Are you looking for a different supplier, if so here is the Digi-Key webpage to order the exact part: http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/MRF24WG0MA-I%2FRM/MRF24WG0MA-I%2FRM-ND/3872301?WT.srch=1&WT.medium=cpc&WT.mc_id=IQ66882670-VQ2-g-VQ6-45013741995-VQ15-1t1-VQ16-c

Otherwise, what does it mean that MRF24WBOMA chips will not work with your application? Are you talking about a hardware design constraint or a software design constraint that will not work with your application?

Regards,

Jesse N
