Chipkit problems. ¿100% compatible right?

Hi! I bought Chipkit plate because it supposedly is 100% compatible and in my first day I've had no problems if they are normal or is plaque. I use the arduino environment with the option to use my board to program it. The strange thing is because I was testing with a button to receive a 1 or a 0 and I put the pin 12 and not working and when I put on 11 to the LED (the wire because the pin Seguia configured in 12) if he did sometimes I was 0 and 1 like crazy. Also if you put an LED in 11 sometimes did not work and if the 8 in the 9 and 10 (odd because he was only 11 as output). Also had written code that previously worked for a long LED flashes after trying different code and reload this again but the LED lights stop flashing. I always compile the code and charge from the arduino software but nothing I do. Not if it's normal that happens to me or if I do something wrong, I hope you can help me. Thanks!

Good! I think I've solved the problem although I have little tested because I have not had much time. I've taken to get here and I see the jumpers:

The plate came by default in slave instead of master and pin 10 was not going because the JP4 was output in PWM mode even if I understand, the color red would be the two black jumpers and without the jumper. So putting it upside down and put on the web will have put me in / out digital and now works for me. The JP2 think it's for USB powered or external source and JP 6, 7 and 8 are not what they're for. The pin 10 is logic that does not work but I have him in slave or master if it is not important or not. The test I did after putting the jumper is set as output pins 10, 12 and 13 and I have found that only come on these and not others. Before configured the same and maybe worked 11, 13, 8 and 5 for example. So much influences what I changed? thanks
