I found in testing my I2C communications code that it is possible to launch two copies of MPIDE at the same time and plug two chipKITs into different USB ports and view debug Serial.prints from both processors simultaneously. A nice capability.

(on Linux at least)

Or just launch one copy of UECIDE and get the same functionality ;) Serial port is bound to the editor window, not the whole application.
