If you download http://www.digilentinc.com/Data/Products/CHIPKIT-UNO32/chipKIT_Uno32_bysa_c.zip It contains a file chipKIT_Uno32.bom which you can open in wordpad. It contains a list of all the parts. Most of the diodes are schottky type. You can look them up on Digikey.com and get spec sheets for each.

This is a copy of the diodes used. D1 B220A DIODESMA SMA Diode
D2 BAV99W BAV99W SOT-323 BAV99W Dual Surface Mount Switching Diode
D3 NSQA6V8 NSQA6V8 SOT-323-5 Low Capacitance Quad ESD Protection Array
D4 BAV70S BAV70S SOT-363 High Speed Switching Diode Array
D5 BAV70S BAV70S SOT-363 High Speed Switching Diode Array
D6 BAV70S BAV70S SOT-363 High Speed Switching Diode Array
D7 BAV70S BAV70S SOT-363 High Speed Switching Diode Array
