I'm new to this, and wanted to learn how to use the wifi shield with my chipKIT max32, would like to know how to communicate with my pc and chipKIT, that library use and as to make Receive and Send data via wifi shield

Have you seen the DWIFIcK library? You can download it from this link (bottom of the page):

There are quite a few demo projects available. Library documentation is also provided.
