Re: Attention all you USB junkies!

ok, high water mark implemented (I think). It's much slower now - a more realistic speed. Not fast, but then I've not written it to be fast (yet) - only to work which, given the lack of any documentation, is a small miracle ;) Peak speed seems to be with 8 byte packets, which cause no stalling to oc...

Re: Attention all you USB junkies!

All of them. ;) One word of warning: that's not the real data throughput speed - that's the speed the computer can throw the data at the chip - the chip is most likely discarding most of it since it can't fit in the serial RX buffer and it's not reading fast enough. I am about to see if I can set a ...

Re: Attention all you USB junkies!

It's working in the mode called "high speed" - but is it working "in high speed"? No idea ;)

I need to dig out Paul's test sketch / client.

Attention all you USB junkies!

Over the past couple of weeks I have been working on a new USB stack for chipKIT boards. This is intended, eventually, to replace the USB support in the core, but for now whilst testing and enhancing it with more devices it is in the form of a standard library you can drop into your favourite IDE. T...

Re: USB Host library for ChipKit DP32

There are some old Digilent libraries that contain a USB Host example. I have never had much luck with it, since it's quite cryptic to get going. You can find the library bundle at the foot of many of their shield "resource" pages, such as the Network Shield: https://reference.digilentinc.com/chipki...

Re: Access ad1pcfg low level

Instead of all those hardcoded addresses you would be better off using the standard PIC32 register access:

Code: Select all

LATBCLR = 1<<3;
Or

Code: Select all

LATBbits.LATB3 = 1;
etc.

Re: Problem with the ChipkitEthernet library using theDigilent MX7 Ck card

That is ancient code. Really ancient. I haven't touched that for 4 years, and the Arduino API has changed lots in that time. It was basically a copy and adjustment of the code found on here: https://reference.digilentinc.com/chipkit_shield_network:chipkit_shield_network - you can maybe get it going ...
