Re: UECIDE's window is garbled.

Salut,
all ok on my side:
java 1.8.0_151_b12
windows 10 Home 64b 1709 build 16299.64
I only see the delete error messages that Matt is aware of.

If you have any old java versions (e.g.in the UECIDE folder or installed), deinstall them if java has not done so already

Re: Using ChipKit programmer on DIY board

Salut George,

I use PicKit3 to flash the CPU. Every time I connect the programmer it downloads the latest bootloader and firmware for the PicKit3. This also happens when I change the CPU type (e.g. from 44 pins to 28).

Re: WS2812B library/code for DP32 or similar

Salut,

nP is just a 2-dimensional array that has the pin number stored. If your LED strip is connected to pin 5, just use this instead of the nP[RIGHT][pin]

Re: WS2812B library/code for DP32 or similar

Salut, I have this modified ChipKitPixel library that works nicely with my boards based on the DP32. You will find in the code a compiler switch for the processor as the NOP calls depend on the frequency your board runs on. You can omit the call to HelvePic32.h as it defines nothing but a few pin na...

Re: New signed USB Serial drivers -

Salut,

I had no issues any more after using the drivers form this site: http://www.14core.com/drivers/
It seems to cover most of the chips.

Salut, I looked at the DTWI native code and what wire does. As Matt stated, wire is simply a wrapper around the DTWI library and after some tests it appears to me that whatever I tried I ended up writing the same wrapper in my local code. So I finally decided to modify the wire library and rename al...

for some reason, this last screenshot could not be loaded into the original message. It shows the Dashbord resulting from the commands from the board.
Pressing the buttons changes the blink frequency of the on-board LED

Microcontroller Dashboard

Salut, some time ago I thought it would be a good idea to have a simple method on my PC to serve simple, reoccurring tasks such as LEDs, Buttons, Sliders etc. It saves me time as I do not have to hook up a breadboard with buttons and LED or poti with all the logic and pull-ups etc. if I want to test...
