Re: New signed USB Serial drivers -

Windows 10 doesn't need drivers. It has class-compliant CDC/ACM drivers built in.

Re: DIY Fubarino Mini in TQFP package

Oh, and you can ignore the USBID pin - it's disabled in the bootloader (normally) and the pin is just under normal software control as a normal GPIO port. You can just leave it disconnected like any other pin. Save yourself a resistor and the board real-estate.

Hey, you didn't waste my time :P It sometimes takes a second pair of eyes to spot an error like that.

I have done it on Linux using socat. This is the ESP8266 code I use: https://github.com/MajenkoProjects/WiFiSerialDTR

Re: MX7 and I2C LCD

It's just a warning and can be ignored. It's because UECIDE defines that symbol as default and the chipKIT core redefines it. It's not actually a problem, just noise.

Re: mpu-9250 and Fubarino Mini

Here's an example of how I abstract DTWI in my libraries: It's just as blocking as Wire at the moment, but should be adaptable to allow you to debug what is actually happening and where the lockup is occuring.

Re: mpu-9250 and Fubarino Mini

If (as I suspect) the library us using the Wire library then it could be suffering from Wire's inability to handle any kind of hiccup even remotely well. It likes to lock up solid waiting for an ACK or something that never arrives.

Re: MX7 and RS485

It uses whichever you tell it to. It wraps around the Serial objects.
